Corporate yacht charter in Mallorca
A corporate yacht charter in Mallorca gives you something rare in business hospitality: a few hours of your guests' undivided attention, in a setting they will talk about long afterwards. We arrange the crewed yacht, the route, the catering and the timing around your agenda, with one point of contact from the first brief to the invoice.

A yacht works as a corporate venue because it removes everything that competes for attention. There are no neighbouring tables and no early exits, so a client lunch at anchor becomes hours of unhurried conversation, and a private yacht keeps that conversation private. Corporate charters can leave from Palma, Puerto Portals or Port Adriano, depending on where the yacht is based. Groups in town for an event at the Palau de Congressos, the convention centre on Palma's seafront, can end a day of sessions on the same bay.
The format follows the purpose. Client entertainment often means a relaxed lunch off the Calvià coast, anchored in the cove of Portals Vells or near the islets of El Toro and Les Malgrats, part of the Illes del Ponent marine reserve, where grouper and sea bass have recovered since protection began. An incentive for a sales team might be a full day of swimming and water toys, while a leadership team can hold a focused session in the saloon before lunch. Balearic rules protect the Posidonia seagrass and the reserve has its own protected zones, so the captain anchors on sand or uses an authorised buoy where permitted.
Choose the yacht by the guest list. Each yacht has a licensed limit on guests, and on many luxury charter yachts it is 12 or fewer. For a larger team, our two sailing catamarans take up to 45 and 65 guests, or two or more yachts can meet at the same anchorage. A superyacht brings a full crew and a chef for senior clients, a large motor yacht suits a working lunch, and a catamaran gives a team wide, stable decks. Every charter runs with a professional captain, and prices are on request.

Questions Corporate charters
/ 01Can you invoice our company?
Yes. Give us the company's legal name, registered address and tax ID when you book, and the invoice is issued in that name. Spanish invoicing rules require a full invoice to show the recipient's name and address. Spanish VAT generally applies to charters that begin in Spain, and your quote shows the rate and amount separately. The general VAT rate in Spain is 21%.
/ 02How many guests can join a corporate yacht charter?
Each yacht has its own licensed guest limit, and on many luxury charter yachts it is 12 or fewer. For a larger team, our sailing catamarans take up to 45 and 65 guests, or two or more yachts can sail together and meet at the same anchorage for lunch and a swim. Tell us the headcount first and we propose yachts that fit.
/ 03Can we hold a meeting on board?
Yes. Many groups hold a session in the saloon or on a shaded deck while the yacht is at anchor, then break for lunch and a swim. Screens, Wi-Fi and seating vary from yacht to yacht, so tell us what you need and we shortlist yachts that suit a working session.
/ 04Can a charter fit around a conference or incentive trip in Palma?
It often does. The Palau de Congressos, Palma's convention centre, overlooks the Bay of Palma, the same bay as the city's main marinas, so an afternoon or evening at sea fits around a conference programme. For incentive groups, a day charter or a sunset cruise makes a natural highlight of the trip.
/ 05What happens if the weather is unsuitable on the day?
Safety decisions rest with the captain, and often a sheltered route on the lee side of the coast is enough. For a fixed corporate date, ask about a back-up plan when you book. If the day cannot go ahead, the terms set out in your charter agreement apply.
