Purpose of the website

The website presents the yacht charter services offered under the Serman Yacht Charter brand in Mallorca and the Balearic Islands, and lets visitors send charter enquiries. Information on the website does not constitute a binding offer. Each charter is governed by its own written quote and contract.

By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to damage it, interfere with its operation or misuse its content. We may update the content and these conditions at any time.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, logos and code of this website belong to the owner or are used under licence. Yacht photographs come from the fleet documentation supplied by the boats' owners and our charter partners; the other photographs are licensed stock images or are published under Creative Commons licences, which are credited below. All rights remain with their authors. If you hold the rights to an image and object to its use, write to info@serman.yachts and we will remove it. Some yacht pages show short films animated with artificial intelligence from photographs of that yacht. No content may be reproduced, distributed or modified without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Liability

We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or be out of date. Routes, destinations and services are described for guidance and always depend on weather, regulations and availability. The owner is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.
